Frank holds a Masters degree in Economics, is a trained financial market economist with over 17 years experience in Capital Markets focused on the currency market. Frank is an accomplished currency trader and analyst, an Adjunct Professor of Economics at Elon University, a writer with expertise in monetary and fiscal policy, and he was a leading candidate for US Congress in 2010 from North Carolina's 4th district. Frank is expert in public policy, global markets analysis, and translating economic data for investing and policy formulation. He is an experienced TV & radio Commentator.
