I am the girl who has jumped off the deep end and fallen in love with fashion. I love prancing around town in an outfit that fits my body and personality. You can find me on the clearance racks of H&M and Express (two of my fav stores) and at your local thrift store. I love fashion but not breaking my pockets, so I’m always on the hunt for deals and steals!

I am a lover of all things fabulous and fashionable (but affordable). In my former life I was either a major diva or sensational drag queen. Not quite sure of which one, but my love of MAC make-up, accessories, music, hair and need to overly exaggerate has followed me to this life. I am a chameleon, so my style and hair is always changing to fit my multiple personalities. I am a reality/sitcom TV and celebrity gossip junkie as well.

Stopping by the station, in all her gorgeous glory, Deborah Cox took the chance to promote her role in the Broadway musical Jekyll & Hyde. Cox plays the desirable and sought after Lucy Harris who wins the affection of both Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde. Not only is she an incredible singer, but quite the fashionista as well.
Cox stylishly displayed how to take a summer item and incorporate it into another season. Sporting a sexy metallic mesh top, Cox paired her shirt with the extremely popular and trendy texture faux leggings. To compliment her look she decided on a simple black and cream scarf with black leather booties.
We couldn’t help but to reinvent her look for those of you who may be interested.
The Metallic Net Tank can be found at DJPremium.com for $19. The Black Motorcycle Jacket is $63 at Chicnova.com. Those adorable booties? Urganog.com for only $30. As for the textured faux leather legging, they are by Vince Camuto and can be found at Macys.com for $79. The Studded Trim Satchel is available at Wetseal.com for $30 and the scarf Dorothyperkins.com for $21.
Check out Deborah Cox in Jekyll & Hyde at the Durham Performing Arts Center Jan 8th-13th. Tickets are on sale now!
